These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Lotero Tennis Scores developed by PT . Nakula Sadewa Indonesia ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Lotero Tennis Scores mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lotero Tennis Scores is a tennis tracking application that provides the following features:

  • Match tracking and scheduling information
  • Personal prediction and tracking tools
  • Match insight and analysis features
  • Player profiles and statistics
  • Results and calendar functionality

The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Match data, statistics, and other information provided through the App are obtained from third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App may store your predictions, insights, and preferences locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up any data you wish to preserve
  • Any activity that occurs through your use of the App

We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Use automated systems or scripts to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lotero Tennis Scores developed by PT . Nakula Sadewa Indonesia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

The App may display content from third-party sources, including match data, player statistics, and other tennis-related information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

Match information, predictions, and statistics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for gambling, betting, or any financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lotero Tennis Scores developed by PT . Nakula Sadewa Indonesia SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lotero Tennis Scores developed by PT . Nakula Sadewa Indonesia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lotero Tennis Scores developed by PT . Nakula Sadewa Indonesia regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
